FAQ: Do I have to develop my own advertisements?
No. Salon TV’s team of talented graphic artists are able to develop your ads for you. Once these ads are approved, they will be downloaded to your screens.
FAQ: Can I ask some of my preferred clients or suppliers to advertise on Salon TV?
Yes - that is a key part of the Salon TV business model. We want your Salon to become a local business community hub. For advertisers other than your salon very competitive advertising fees apply.

FAQ: Does Salon TV have an audio track? Is it noisy?
No. Salon TV is a visual medium only. This allows you to retain your salon’s audio style and means that you and your staff can talk to your clients.
FAQ: Will the screens need to be turned on and off each day?
No. These screens are turned on and off automatically in accordance with your business hours.
FAQ: What do I do if the screens don't turn on or there is a problem with them?
Just advise us of the problem and we will take care of it. The Salon TV technology allows us to detect most problems immediately. In the event a problem is detected, we will arrange for a service technician to service the equipment at your earliest convenience.
